I've gotten two of my packages today and I've checked their site and it still says that they've just recieved the package from the sender and that they'll update the information, if available.
I've sent the customer service 4-5 emails over the last 10 days but received only one reply 4 days ago saying that one of the representatives "would be looking into it right away".
